What is the Agent Referral Program?
Our company specializes in property management. We provide the same high-level of care and attention to our client’s properties during the management process that you provide to your clients during the sales process. EJF understands the value of protecting the relationships you have created with your clients over the years. Allowing us to manage properties between sales cycles, allows you to focus exclusively on your sales business. We will never take your clients away from you and will smoothly transition them back toyou when they are again ready to sell. We create detailed contracts for all of our referral programs, so your interests stay protected.
How Do You Get Paid?
Our program pays you for every client you refer to us who signs:
- a single-owner rental management agreement OR
- an association property management agreement
How Much Do We Pay?
We pay the following commissions upon execution of contracts:
- Owner Referral for Property Management: $250.00
- Association Referral for Property Management: $1000.00

How Do I Get Started?
Simply submit the Agent Referral Form to the right. You must submit one form for each referral (single-owner or board). A Customer Service representative will be in touch with additional details.
