What happens after I submit?
A member of EJF's team will contact you within one business day to schedule an initial call. During that call, we review your community's financial records, governing documents, current management situation, and physical condition. You'll receive a written proposal with a specific management tier recommendation within about five to seven business days after the call. -
What do I need to have ready?
Nothing in advance. Just fill out the form with your community's basic information. EJF will gather the financial and operational details during the consultation call, you don't need to prepare anything before the conversation starts.
