This comprehensive, turn-key service provides end-to-end administrative support, oversight of community maintenance, and financial management. An experienced, locally based community manager oversees day-to-day operations, reducing the workload of the volunteer board.

Our client-centered approach and commitment to proactive management means that from the start, we review your association’s finances, action items, and current physical state to help evaluate short and long-term priorities. Under this service level, each client is assigned both a community manager and an assistant community manager allowing for redundancy and additional support to allow ongoing tasks and projects to be completed timely. EJF’s pod system, which divides our managers into teams, allows for internal collaboration, exchange of knowledge, and familiarization with multiple communities assigned to the pod.
