Fiscal Plus Management

Financial and back-office support ideal for smaller boutique communities or very large self- managed communities. Our team of financial specialists handle all essential but time-consuming tasks, allowing boards to focus on governance and facilities while also providing a resource for additional assistance on an à la carte basis.

Financial Reporting

EJF uses Vantaca to manage the finances of our associations. Monthly financial reports are delivered electronically to the Board and uploaded to a Board portal by the 15th of the subsequent month.

Oversight and Support from a Financial Specialist

In addition to the the assigned daily financial manager, each client is assigned a knowledgeable Financial Specialist who will meet with he Board periodically to review the financials, reserve study, help develop a 3–5-year plan and advise on loans, special assessments, capital projects and other financial considerations.

Invoice Processing

Expenditure reviews are conducted each time an invoice is presented. Using AI, if pricing differences from contract vary more than 10%, the invoice is flagged and the Community Manager will document and work with vendors to correct, research or confirm the amount.
