Remote Management

By leveraging digital capabilities and technology, including AI, EJF combines local insight with a remote management solution to provide responsive service delivery, streamlined operations, and data-driven decision making. Associations utilizing this option benefit from service that is comparable to a full-service solution while reducing their overall cost by working with a remote based manager.

Administrative and financial management functions are delivered through Vantaca, an industry-leading community management software while boots on the ground inspections, emergencies, and contractor work is managed by our local team.

Owners have dedicated access for online payments, work orders, documents, financial reports, and community calendars, while board members gain further insight into account balances, invoices, and receivables reports.

As with our Full Service Management service level, our remote managers participate in a pod group with other remote and locally based managers and supervised by a veteran manager.
