Developer Services
Leading a new development project from concept to completion is a complex and demanding task. Since 2003, EJF has worked side-by-side with developers to bring more than 40 new associations online, ranging in size from 10 units to over 180 units.
We offer consulting services in the project's earliest stages with the ability to assist all the way through the new association's first annual meeting. Given our experience, we prefer to be involved even before construction begins in order to evaluate the financial and operational aspects of the project. This ranges from governing document review to budget preparation and financial management as well as operational considerations such as property security and trash management.
Our goal is to work with your team to produce a project that is cost conscious for owners and practical for the developer.
