ADMINISTRATION OF THE LEASE

  • Enforce all terms of the lease
  • Administer lease renewals, rent increases, notices to vacate, notice of lease violation, and late notices
  • Evict delinquent and problem tenants

ACCOUNTING & CLERICAL ASSISTANCE

  • Provide the building owner with monthly financial statements
  • Collect rental payments
  • Pay expenses out of rental proceeds
  • Maintain tenant and property files
  • Maintain tenant’s security deposit
  • Acquire and maintain property registration with the appropriate government agency
