•Prepare operating and capital budgets
•Participate in the annual audit and income tax preparation
•Distribute comprehensive financial reports to each Board Member monthly
ADMINISTRATIVE/CLERICAL
•Attend Board Meetings
•Maintain resident contact lists
•Mail periodic notices to residents, keeping them in touch with board decisions
•Assist the Board in the administration of policies
•Manage insurance policy
•Supervise association's personnel including hiring, firings and payroll
•Prepare and file forms, reports, and returns required by law
